cooking half boiled eggs is a tough job.
i didn't know it is so hard.

i thought just threw the eggs in while the water boil and waited for 3 mins and ta-daaah, ready to serve.
however when i cracked open the first egg, it was still uncooked.
porksgh said the eggs need at least 5 mins, not 3.
then i switched on the stove, and re-boiled the water with the remaining 2 eggs inside.
and i added too much dark soya sauce, it became all black, didnt even taste like eggs.
