so, i'm updating now.

aim: baking my ai xin cookies (LOL)
credit to gf, w/o you, maybe i'll blow up the house or fry the cookies to black color instead of the usual brown color.
i must say we were laughing while baking those cookies because firstly, ya, we are meanies, we love to gossip about people and laugh at them and secondly, im blur.

i misread that baking powder needed was 3/4 cup which is insane la (fyi: 3/4 cup is alot!), it is actually 3/4 teaspoon.

anyway, baking is fun.
i wanna bake more.

hiding from pork and doing things so secretly behind his back is tough la.

but but the expression that i got from him is priceless.
so all the hard work is worth it.
note: electrical beater is crucial to baking else you gotta stir till your arm break.

promoting hershey's mini chocolate chips (actually it is a nice prop, LOL)

of course, must include some joy (camwhoring) while baking.

trying to keep the dough in small size is hard. pffft, mine kept getting bigger and bigger that i gotta deliberately use lesser dough (sry, im just generous, HAH!)

a list of things we done on 18th & 19th:

  • **18th**
  • bus-ed to esplanade
  • admired fullerton hotel- night view is the nicest!
  • saw merlion & chatted, while me trying to figure out the best time to give my 'contributions'
  • walked backed to cathay
  • mid night movie: chocolate - full of actions that made us all go 'wow!' oh, not to forget, the sexy mom
  • went bugis guan yin temple prayed at 5am (fyi: vesak day)
  • bus-ed home
  • realised something dangling attached to my phone (:
  • **19th**
  • bus-ed to town
  • walked a little and got conned to bugis
  • finally succumb to his begging/persuasion (close to an hour)
  • (was a tiny bit fun, i do admit. haha)
  • fish&co for dinner (yums)
  • walked a little and bought eeyore bolster (call me childish, i dont care :P)
  • bus-ed home

that is all.
